What we collect. Names, emails, countries and comparable identifiers alongside KYC paperwork demanded by regulators. Additionally stored: transaction and trade logs, device data and helpdesk threads. EU/UK lawful bases: contract fulfilment, complying with law, and legitimate interest.
Purpose of use. Operating your account, clearing trades, satisfying regulators, fraud prevention, platform security, and opt-in product messages carrying one-click opt-out.
Sharing. Data reaches only running vendors (custodial, payment, identity), authorities on valid demand, and anonymized metrics. No sale of personal data.
Retention and security. Data is kept for account activity plus statutory periods (commonly five to seven years for transactions). Security: AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit and ISO 27001-checked access limits.
